Baada ya utambulisho wa umuhimu na faida ya kula matunda na mboga kwani kila mboga na kila tunda vina nafasi tofauti ya kujenga na kulinda mwili. Kisha liweke juu ya zile mboga mboga pembei yake kata kipande cha tikiti maji rangi yeyote ile kama ni la kijani, jekundu au rangi ya chungwa pamba kama invyoonekana katika picha.

Kisha kata slice nyembamba ya chungwa katikati yake weka tunda lolote dogo la mviringo kama zabibu au strawbery chomeka toothpick ili ishikilie chungwa juu ya tikiti maji.

Kisha liweke pembeni ya zile mboga mboga katikati ya sahani unaweza weka mchanganyiko wowote ule wa nyama ya kuku, ngo'mbe, samaki au sausage iliyochemshwa ikapoa.

Kata saizi ya kuweza kuingia mdomoni kisha changanya na vitunguu vilivyochopiwa safi pamoja chives.

Mchanganyiko huo unaweza malizia na chaguo lako la dresing yeyote uipendayo kisha unamwagia kati kati ya sahani mwisho kata nyanya kipande weka pamoja na tango dogo la kopo na olive moja ya kijani na moja nyeusi kwa kupamba salad yako.
